Japan is a world-class silk jacquard country. The silk techniques that have been passed down through the centuries have been sublimated into something unique and world-class. However, the fabric is unique to Japan for the purpose of making kimonos. We want the world to know more about these techniques and their value. To achieve this, there are things that must change now. "create ebara" has accomplished a new transformation for the world.

私たちは、丹後の生地の魅力を世界に伝えるため、
そしてcreate ebaraの技術を最大限に活かした
世界基準の112cm幅の生地を織るため、
10000本の針が使用可能な織機を導入。
今まで培った技術を最大限発揮できる、
世界基準の幅の唯一無二の生地を織ることを可能にしました。

世界基準のこの技術は、
今までの丹後の生地の概念を一新します。
着物のみならず、
ドレス、シャツ、ネクタイなどの
多種多様な応用が可能になったからです。
このイノベーションが、create ebaraの可能性を
世界へと広げていきます。

In order to convey the charm of Tango fabrics to the world, and to
weave theworld-standard 112 cm width fabric that makes the most of "create ebara"'stechnology, we have introduced a loom capable of using 10,000 needles.
The new loom is capable of weaving one-of-a-kind fabrics of world-standard widths that maximize the technology we have cultivated to date.

This world-standard technology will revolutionize the concept of Tango fabrics.
It is now possible to weave not only kimonos, but also dresses, shirts, neckties, and a wide variety of other applications.
This innovation will expand the possibilities of create ebara to the world.
